Join Magnus Ver Magnusson at Ritual Strength Gym in Loveland, Colorado for a seminar. This is event will start at 5 pm, and will last around 3-4 hours, depending on the hands on portion. Magnus will start with a brief overview of his career, highlights and failures. Then he will discuss how he trained, different ways to train, and training programs. Then participants will get hands on with equipment - you pick the lifts you want him to see - Magnus will circulate, observe, give feedback, etc. At the end he will do a Q&A, pictures, an all the fun stuff.
